- Easily remove by sliding sideways after winding has been complete.
- Instruction:
- Place band around boot and through nose of tool and through slot in winding body.
- Using a 1/2” socket wrench or by hand wind the band until sufficient is applied.
- Rotate handle over the boot to lock the band.
- Slide tool free-end down with a hammer.
